Mission:
To empower individuals who wish to
maximize their athletic potential. This will be achieved through
SPEED, AGILITY, and QUICKNESS training.
Athletes of all levels of performance can benefit from SPEED,
AGILITY and QUICKNESS training.
SPEED, AGILITY, and QUICKNESS training is a high-intensity workout
that requires a foundation of strength before implementation.
Sport-Specific Skill and Technique Training
Athletes will perfect present skills and also learn new techniques
to elevate themselves from average athletes.

Training is available by appointment only Monday-Friday. Small group
accommodations are also available by appointment. Open group
training is available on Saturdays to allow student athletes to
train after their competition.
Advanced Training Program (for high school athletes):
ATP is designed
for those high school athletes looking to play sports in college.
Training at a high level these athletes are required to also train
on non training days.
Cost: 12
sessions (2x/wk) is $210
18 sessions (3x/wk) is $270
All sessions must be used in prescribed time. Sessions not used will
not be applied to future programs.
Basic Training Program is designed for the young athlete prior to
reaching high school.
Cost: 6
sessions $120
12 sessions $210
18 sessions $270
Boot Camp Training Program:
These workouts are PRE-scheduled for
everyone. The morning workout schedule may change slightly from
session to session. To be eligible to participate, you would need to
be able to attend most of these workouts. They are held outdoors in
various locations and are anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour long
(The Morning 7AM workouts will end no later than 8 AM during the
work week).
Cost: 12 consecutive sessions for $300
Goal Setting and Personalized Performance Assessment (Optional):
Once you have decided to join our program, athletes are able to
schedule their performance assessment. This will serve as a starting
point for designing individual program. Total time for the
assessment is approximately 30-45 minutes and the cost is $150. The
assessment test is separate from training sessions.
